Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be given in writing (sent by fax or via email) prior to the event. A follow-up call from delegate(s) or his/her/their representative is expected to reconfirm the cancellation.
For cancellations on or before 12 June 2019, 50% of the enrollment fee (for each enrollment cancelled) will be forfeited.
No refund will be given after 12 June 2019 but substitutions will be accepted.
A-Performers.com is not responsible for the additional costs as a result of an alternation, cancellation or postponement of a conference.
A-Performers.com reserves the right to vary the programme and speakers due to any cancellations or rescheduling.
