Ms Kit Fan has had over 30 years’ working experience in Human Resources Management for Asia covering various industries including energy, building materials, engineering, manufacturing, technology financing and hospitality. She is currently the Head of Corporate Human Resources at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas). In her role, Ms Fan leads the overall Human Resources function for the Group covering all businesses and locations.
Ms Fan worked in several multinational Fortune 500 companies before joining Towngas. She was the Senior Vice President, HR for Asia of the Lafarge Group (the world leader in cement manufacturing) overseeing 14 countries, and previously the Vice President, HR – Asia Pacific region for Emerson Network Power and Climate Technologies covering the same number of countries.
Ms Fan holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences.
