As the Regional HR Director, Asia for International SOS, Adrian is a HR partner to a business of 2,000 employees in 15 countries across Asia. He is responsible for leading a team of HR practitioners to deliver the full spectrum of Human Resource services for the region.
Prior to joining International SOS, Adrian was a Human Capital consultant for over 15 years with the likes of Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Atos and Deloitte. In this capacity he worked with a range of multi-national organisations including BHP Billiton, Shell, PTTEP, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Westpac Bank on business transformation initiatives around the world. He joined International SOS in 2011 as the Group Talent Director for Finance, IT and Global shared Services.
Adrian holds a Master’s of Science, Human Resources from Fox Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
