Marieke is the Practice Leader of Organization Surveys & Insights and heads up the employee research line of business within Towers Watson Hong Kong. Marieke has worked in the field of employee research for over ten years, and has gained extensive experience working in different offices round the world. Marieke has been the client manager for employee opinion surveys for many leading global organizations. These engagements have involved the design, implementation and management of medium to large scale employee surveys. Marieke has been involved in all aspects of these client engagements, from questionnaire design, results analysis and interpretation, delivery of results presentations to senior management as well as to staff groups, and the all-important action planning stage, where Marieke has designed and facilitated focus groups and workshops.
