A key driving force behind the company's success, she sets its strategic direction as well as ensures synergies across all its divisions. Cariss has been lauded as one of the HR technology industry's exceptional entrepreneurs, having raised $10M in growth equity for her company in 2012.
Cariss' extreme passion for the company is evident in her work and attitude, which has been publicly acknowledged by being listed as 28th on BRW's Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs in June 2006 and winning the Ernst and Young 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' for 2008 and the Victorian Telstra Women's Business Award in 2009. She is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Honours in Science.
Born in Australia, Cariss experiences talented Southeast Asia first-hand. She currently resides in Singapore with her family.
