Dawn Shanta is currently the Regional Director for the South and South East Asia Region for International SOS and has been in her current role for 3 years. In her role she is responsible for driving a people agenda in the region in ensuring that the organisation recruits, retains and develop a pool of diverse talent for the organisation. Dawn has 18 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked with Nike, Inc and Colgate-Palmolive Company prior to joining International SOS.
